About me

Hello, and thank you for being here. My name is Lawrence Body, and I am the founder and CEO of a regenerative, mindful training social enterprise dedicated to personal, professional, and societal transformation.

I am an educator with a lifelong passion for learning, healing, and growth. My journey has taken me through many landscapes—both geographic and spiritual. I was born in Plymouth, Devon, and spent my childhood exploring the wild beaches of Cornwall, hiking the sacred landscapes of Dartmoor, and developing a deep love for nature, wildlife, and the wisdom it holds. Even then, I was a pilgrim at heart—curious, reflective, and drawn to deeper meaning.

My professional path began with a degree in Economics and Geography in London, where I became active in social justice movements during the turbulent Thatcher years. I worked on the front lines with people experiencing homelessness, addiction, and mental health struggles. These years were eye-opening and humbling—filled with both deep human connection and personal burnout. It was clear to me: healing must be holistic.

This realization led me to travel, teach, and study around the world. In Barcelona, I taught English to children and professionals. In India, I discovered the profound practices of yoga, Buddhism, and Vipassana meditation. I worked with Mother Teresa’s mission in Calcutta, trekked through the Himalayas, and connected with wisdom traditions that changed my life.

Returning to the UK, I became a qualified holistic therapist, offering massage and aromatherapy before eventually settling in Málaga, Spain, where I have taught English at the University, ran a successful therapy business, and designed pioneering wellness training for spas and beach massage points, collaborating with the Junta de Andalucía and ITEC.

Throughout my life, I’ve continued to evolve—becoming a teacher trainer, expert in bilingual education, and holding master’s degrees in both Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence and Social Change in the Educational Profession. I’ve walked the Camino de Santiago three times, even writing a therapeutic and spiritual guide to help others on their journey.

Today, my mission is clearer than ever: To be part of the ReGeneration of our society and its institutions—educational, social, and business—through mindful, compassionate, and holistic approaches.

I want to honour and preserve our cultures and traditions, support ecological and sustainable initiatives, and give back to nature. As a certified Forest Therapist, I guide others to reconnect with the natural world and themselves.
