🎉 9th Edition of the World Wellness Weekend

This year, more than 10,000 centers in 160 countries come together to celebrate the World Wellness Weekend, an international meeting with well-being, health and happiness.

The concept is simple but powerful: September is the new January!

Every third weekend in September, just before the equinox, thousands of spaces around the world open their doors to offer free and fun activities: fitness, yoga, nature, meditation, massages, creative workshops and much more.

It is the perfect moment to resume healthy habits after the summer, with the same energy with which we usually start the new year.

🌱 Wellness with purpose

The World Wellness Weekend is a pro bono initiative that supports Sustainable Development Goal 3 of the UN: «Good health and wellness for all». It collaborates with more than 60 professional associations and federations that promote vitality, serenity and solidarity throughout the planet.
