This event is designed to regenerate a garden space and learn about plant care in harmony with nature and natural cycles, exploring elements of biodynamics and other ecological philosophies. The fruits of what is planted will be shared among participants.

We aim for this to be a holistic activity, so we will also include elements of forest bathing, mindfulness meditation, biomimicry, and naturopathic techniques, among other resources to support each participant’s regeneration, well-being, and personal healing.

Each cycle will include opportunities to celebrate and connect with the natural cycles of the Celtic calendar; for example, in the fall, we will celebrate the autumn equinox and Samhain (Halloween), offering moments for reconnection, purpose, and inner balance.

Above all, our Regenerative Fridays are an opportunity to share and grow as a community.
