This 25–30 hour continuing education course is designed for individuals, particularly those in the education sector, who wish to improve their well-being, emotional intelligence, and professional effectiveness through mindfulness practices. Based on a robust pedagogical framework tested and validated at the University of Málaga and in ERASMUS+ courses in the UK and Ireland, the program combines theoretical content, practical exercises, and reflective learning to foster sustainable personal and professional development.

Structured in nine modules, the course addresses key aspects such as emotional awareness, stress management, empathetic communication, empathy, compassion, motivation, and well-being. Participants are encouraged to apply their learning directly to their personal and professional lives and to reflect on their experience through guided activities.

The training offers practical and transferable tools that contribute to well-being, strengthen relationships, and promote an inclusive, regenerative culture.
